The Fisher

The Fisher Apartments in Winter Park, FL are located in a highly coveted suburb of Orlando, directly across from Lake Baldwin and just minutes from Park Avenue’s shops, restaurants, and more! As only the third owner since the original development, we are committed to preserving its history while continuing to add modern amenities and conveniences. The Fisher is named for a family member of the long-time owners of the community, Mrs. Helen Greenspun’s brother Fisher. He did not survive the Holocaust. Helen herself survived two labor camps and five concentration camps and currently resides in Central Florida.
